The Art of Starting Over Workshop

A 90-minute online somatic healing workshop for women navigating transition, heartbreak, identity shifts, and new beginnings.

Change asks a lot of us and our nervous systems. Before we can step into a new chapter, it’s important to cultivate a felt sense of safety in the body. Together, we’ll learn to regulate the fear of the unknown, honor what's ending, and root into the woman you are becoming.

This workshop will be held live on Zoom. You’ll receive the link by email before the event.

Thi is a trauma-informed somatic healing practitioner, Clarity Breathwork facilitator, and women’s empowerment guide. She supports women through deep, body-based transformation using somatic healing, breathwork, nervous system repair, and ritual.

Her work is rooted in the belief that starting over is not a failure — it can be an initiation into a more honest, embodied, and powerful version of yourself.

She has facilitated classes, workshops, and retreats across Bali, Hong Kong, New York, and online.
