This work may be the missing piece — because understanding your patterns isn’t the same as transforming them. So much of what drives our behaviors lives beneath conscious thought, in the subconscious mind and the nervous system.

About the Session
Each session is a private, 2-hour healing container, held online via Zoom.
We begin with a gentle conversation to explore what’s happening in your life right now, along with any patterns, experiences, or childhood and family dynamics you’re aware of that may feel relevant. From there, we clarify intentions for our work together.
I’ll then guide you through somatic practices and Clarity Breathwork, attuned to your individual needs and paced to support deep nervous system healing for you to experience greater safety, clarity and wholeness.
The session typically includes:
in-depth intuitive counseling
gentle somatic inquiry and nervous system healing
guided breathwork
time for integration and closing
How I Work
My work is deeply rooted in the belief that healing isn’t something to be forced or fixed, but something that naturally unfolds when we feel safe, supported, and seen.
My sessions combine Clarity Breathwork — a conscious, connected breathing practice and powerful process of healing and transformation that supports the clearing of old patterns, conditioning, and held emotions with Somatic Experiencing© — a body-based approach that helps restore balance to the nervous system and resolves trauma stored in the body.
Together, these practices support change at the subconscious, energetic, and physiological level, where many of our patterns around safety, connection, and self-protection are formed. Again and again, I’ve seen that what people need isn’t more insight or will power, but a reconnection to their bodies — learning how to support the nervous system in moving out of old survival patterns and into greater capacity and ease.
This is where real, sustainable transformation takes root.
