Private Breathwork & Healing Session
Experience a private 2-hour healing session with Thi. This can be held in-person or online via Zoom.
Thi's work is deeply rooted in the belief that everyone has the intrinsic power to heal when offered a safe space and compassionate guidance. She creates a gentle and nurturing environment where individuals can explore their inner worlds, release past traumas, and reconnect with their true selves.
Her sessions combine Clarity Breathwork with Somatic Experiencing (SE)—a body-based trauma healing approach that helps restore balance to the nervous system and gently resolve trauma stored in the body. By working with the natural rhythms of the body, Thi supports clients in finding safety, regulation, and resilience.
